CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:
The following individuals/companies qualify for wholesale purchase terms: wholesalers, jobbers, stores, mail order dealers, education and training organizations (or companies), seminar and workshop leaders. If you are a resident of the State of California, U.S.A., we must charge you sales tax if you cannot provide us with your California Seller's License number.

NEW ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
All first orders are COD. For credit accounts, please send four trade references and the name of your banker as a credit reference with your complete name, address, and fax numbers. New accounts desiring expeditious shipments are advised to include payment in advance at the time of ordering or use Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

TERMS:
Net 30 days, once credit has been approved. Interest of 1.5% per month is charged on unpaid accounts.

MINIMUM ORDER:
$200.00 minimum order is required for each order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING:
All prices are net wholesale F.O.B. Van Nuys, CA. All out of town shipping is shipped prepaid if going UPS or RPS, all motor freight will be freight collect and you pay the freight carrier. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery unless otherwise stated. Orders may also be pick up from our facility in Van Nuys, CA; call ahead to verify availability.
Shipping free on single orders over $2000.00.

OUTSIDE U.S.A.:
Wholesale terms apply. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. Contact Wizard Industries for a quote on shipping, since foreign orders can be shipped by surface post, airmail, international UPS, or FedEx. Rates vary greatly according to country and speed of delivery required.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS:
Wizard Distribution, Inc. must be notified of any problem within 72 hours of delivery of the shipment. Freight claims for all damaged or lost merchandise must be filed by you with your freight carrier within 7 days after receipt. Any crushed or damaged cartons should be inspected by you and noted on driver's Bill of Lading. Take merchandise out of boxes and inspect for damage. We pack everything very carefully and often a damaged box does not mean the product has received any damage.
No returns of merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization from Wizard Industries, Inc. at 818-781-8033, a 10% restocking fee plus freight charges will be charged on returned items not defective in quality and workmanship.
